We want you to love every order from Skye Heron Designs. If something isn’t quite right with a physical or digital product, or if there’s an issue with a custom design, we’re here to help.
By using this website, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Physical Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Skye Heron Designs within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.
If approved, a replacement or refund may be offered.
Items must be returned unused and in original condition where applicable.
Design Services
Payments made for design services (such as branding, illustration or web design) are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in a written project agreement.
